As a first step you can create a new project: you can have all the data in a single file and you can choose the energy types used in the company, like gas, electricity, steam, compressed air...
The projects can be opened by other people using the same software, a useful feature in case of projects that involve more than one person.
Once you have defined the general characteristics, you can proceed with the definition of loads and with the data entry. You can include in the file every utility of the company, specifying values such as power, load factors, and all other data available. Then you can fill in the consumption data, bills data and energy drivers.
It is possible to define the activations of utilities, the intervals of time in which the machine or the system are consuming energy.
Data entry can be done in two ways:
Importing excel sheets previously completed, selecting the fields in a simple and quick way;
Filling in a template spreadsheet generate automatically by the software.
This module is included in all versions of the software.
