Who should be involved in an energy efficiency project?

Everyone! Everyone has a role in the energy efficiency project, from end users to the company management, that is determinative in order to enable the project success.
The willingness to make energy efficiency must start from management. Management has the duty to understand the importance of energy management as a tool for cost reduction and to increase the environmental sustainability of their company. The involvement of an Energy Manager in the company therefore becomes of paramount importance in the company’s strategic decisions.





Who influences consumption?

Everyone is involved and everybody has the opportunity to help achieve energy efficiency!
In this case the pyramid capsizes. This is because very often the starting point for making efficiency is the formation of a specific corporate culture that leads to a better use of energy. It’s very important to educate and involve the whole company and to explain what are benefits that can be reached. Practical guides, behavioral alerts affixed close to utilities, rewards…..some suggestions that can bring good results in the corporate involvement.
